Boot Camps

Monday         7am & 6pm

Wednesday   7am

Thursday       6pm

Saturday        8am

 

Challenge yourself and join us for a boot camp session. Our sessions are like small group personal personal training with no more than 8 people per class. These workouts are not only extremely fun, but they will transform your body like never before. We will help you define your abs, slim your hips and thighs, tighten your entire body and burn 400+ calories! Get a great full-body workout led by one of our Certified Personal Trainers. 

There's no pressure to commit to anything, but you owe it to yourself to at least come to check us out and see if we are a good fit.
