Our Pickleball Personal Training programs are one-on-one or small group training that will provide personalized instruction to improve your skills in the sport of pickleball and help you reach your peak performance.
A personal trainer will work with you to identify areas where you can improve your game including technique, footwork, speed, agility and quickness. We will design a customized training program that is tailored to your goals and skill level, and provide feedback and guidance to help you make progress.
During the training sessions, your personal trainer will work closely with you to provide hands-on instruction, drills, and exercises to help you improve your technique, build your confidence, and develop your ability and skills.
