I am a Carlsbad, CA personal trainer. I am married, have two young boys and an even younger daughter so I know what it is like to try and juggle work, spending time with family and working out. It is not easy and that is why I want to do what I can to make it as convenient as possible for you to get in shape or stay in shape. Your goals are important to me and no matter what they are I have a workout and diet plan for you. I am also very qualified to do what I say I can. I went to Arizona State University and have a degree in nutrition. I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer with additional advanced certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist.


Kai Simon

Certified Personal Trainer

Kai Simon is a personal trainer and online fitness coach from San Diego, CA. She specializes in functional training and therapeutic exercise routines.

Having been a Division 1 athlete, Kai understands the value of having a coach that can help you reach your performance goals. She was recruited by San Diego State University where she competed as a sprinter and jumper for the Track and Field team (2006-2010). Some of her collegiate accomplishments include: All Mountain West Conference Team, Two-time NCAA West Regional competitor.

Kai graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and went on to receive a personal training certification through American Council On Exercise. During her collegiate career, Kai experienced a nagging hip injury that gave her some insight into chronic pain. Her experience inspired her to create exercise programs focused on injury prevention and functional fitness. Kai’s mission is to help empower people of all ages to establish a fun, balanced exercise routine that works for them!

For the past 12 years, her clients have seen improvements in: strength, muscle tone, flexibility, posture, balance, energy, sleep, and movement efficiency.

Theo Simon

Certified Personal Trainer

Theo has coached for over 10 years and is passionate about showing you how exercise can improve your life. Born and raised in San Diego, his love for fitness started when he was young with skateboarding, playing sports, and weightlifting. While working a desk job, Theo began to feel the effects of spending long periods of time sitting. He discovered the value of stretching, corrective exercises and maintaining a balanced exercise routine. Eventually, Theo became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer to help people get strong, healthy, and fit for life.

Theo’s training methods are grounded in human biomechanics and are designed to help support your lifestyle and overall health.

His specialties include:

  • Core Strength and Stability

  • Flexibility and Mobility

  • Balance and Agility

Theo believes the key to sustainable results is to adopt a well-rounded approach to fitness that includes strength training, cardio and mobility. Jennifer Salazar


Jennifer is co-owner of Anywhere Gym and has been around since the beginning. She is a mother to 3 beautiful children and has been able to keep up with them all due to her healthy lifestyle. You will see her around the gym running day-to-day tasks as well as sweating it out with our fit fam in one of our group classes. She is a big part of Anywhere Gym and it would not have its success without her help throughout the years. She is the glue that holds it all together.
